Panela Sugar

Panela sugar has been used in South American kitchens for centuries. The whole sugar cane is juiced then boiled until crystallisation occurs.

The process retains more of the natural molasses from the sugar cane juice for a rich, deep caramel flavour while also maintaining natural minerals and ingredients.
